Navan TKD students had a realy succesfull outing at the recent INTA NaNicola in Action at National Champstional Championships which took place in Baldoyle, Dublin, on 10 October 2010.

Seventeen students from yellow tag to black belt took part along side 240 other INTA members. The event ran smoothly beginning with a brand new division 'over 35's blackbelt sparring' in which instructor Dave Elson took part. For students, Mark, Darragh, Amy and Ciara it was their first time competing and a real eye opener as to what Taekwon-Do tournaments are all about. Black belt Sally Deans took part in her first competition since becoming a blackbelt in June, taking 2nd place in sparring. Green Tag Steafan Sherlock showed his potential taking 1st place in both patterns and sparring! In total we tooNicola Bergin in actionk home 14 trophies - a great boost for the club.

Well done everyone!
