We teach ITF Taekwon-Do an exciting martial art for all ages created in Korea by General Choi Hong Hi.
Our classed cater for members from 5 years upwards from our 'Little Dragons' program, 8 years to 13years in our Junior class and senior class for those over 13 years.
First class is free......so why not come down and have a go!
